Jennifer, RDH, BSDH, HIAOMT Biological Dental Hygienist & Therapist

Jennifer “Jenn” is a wonderful addition to Dr Hart’s team as she brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field and is an active member of the American Dental Hygienist Association and International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). Jenn is the IAOMT certified biological hygienist (HIAOMT) that has successfully completed the IAOMT biological hygiene program; one of only 50 or so hygienists with such special certification in the whole United States and among 100 hygienists worldwide. She has advanced knowledge in periodontal therapies along with certification in Periodontal Laser Therapy. Jenn’s focus is on total body health and nutrition combined with her belief that each patient’s biology is different and unique and should be treated as such. As a Biological Hygienist and Therapist, Jenn examines how to effectively address each patient’s oral health needs with customized bio hygiene treatments. Jenn and her family love to travel. Some of their favorite places are Paris and London.

Mathias Office Coordinator

After more than 15 years in the post-graduate education and nonprofit fields, Mathias changed his career. At the beginning of 2023, he joined Virginia Biological Dentistry full time where he is responsible for the day-to-day office operations, patient relations, and business marketing and development.

When he does not learn the nuts and bolts of the new profession, he loves spending quality time with his family, planning and doing family travels, and catching up on political news.

Anastasia Office Coordinator and Dental Assistant

Anastasia is a dedicated professional with 15+ years in customer service. She excels in coordinating appointments, guiding dental priorities, and helping the office and Dr. Hart provide the best care possible to their patients. Her passion lies in aiding others and in her love for continued learning, especially in biological dentistry. Anastasia’s commitment to healthy living led her to join Dr. Hart and her team, where she continues making a positive change. Beyond work, she indulges her outdoorsy spirit through various activities like hiking, paddleboarding, and biking.

Lala Dental Assistant

Lala was born in Bosnia & Herzegovina and grew up with her family in Croatia and Germany before moving to the United States. She has 18 years of experience as a dental assistant. Throughout her extensive career, she has developed essential skills that allow her to provide the best possible care for her patients. She has a passion for helping others and truly loves her job. Lala spends her free time with her family and traveling together. Beyond enjoying learning new recipes and baking delicious desserts, Lala is also a great planner of family events. She has recently helped her brother and sister in law plan their dream destination wedding in Punta Cana.

Milena Dental Assistant

Milena is a graduate of Medical High School in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She worked for seven years as a registered trauma nurse, two years as an anesthetist and she also has an experience of ten years working in rehabilitation center. Milena is very fond of reading and sharing moments together with family and friends, and in spare time, she makes the most delicious custom cakes!
